NBA star Shaquille O’Neal’s Big Chicken is continuing its expansion into Michigan. The fried chicken chain is opening a new location in Livonia on October 15. Located at 30130 Plymouth Rd., the new restaurant will be the chain’s third in Michigan and its first in metro Detroit, following earlier openings in Clio and Hartland this year. It’s locally owned and operated by Hafaid Gobah and H&D Group Investments. To celebrate the grand opening, the first 34 guests in line will receive $10 worth of free food from Big Chicken every week for a year, a tribute to O’Neal’s iconic jersey number, which was retired in 2012. Read more at the link in bio. #bigchicken #shaq #metrotimes #detroit #livonia #detroitfood
