Guests tasted our wines blind alongside classic styles from around the world. I’m talking different varietals and regions - and most people said they’d never experienced a tasting like that! If you’ve been here for a minute, you know I love a comparative tasting and a blind tasting. But together, oh my goodness! Even before I became a certified wine professional, I used to attend blind tastings for fun. It’s honestly how I started to learn the nuances about wine at local wine shops so I totally encourage you to try one. I wasn’t planning to jump into this tasting, but I couldn’t help myself.
