Let’s make a Margarita Spritz! I couldn’t let Margarita Day pass without running it back on my easy spritz recipe! This spritz combines the bold flavors of tequila and lime with a refreshing sparkle, perfect for any occasion.
Recipe:
- 1.5-2 oz tequila
- 1.5 oz pointcitybrewing margarita mix (trust me, it’s that good)
- 0.5 oz orange juice (or orange liqueur if you want to power it up)
- 1 oz soda water
- Top with Prosecco
No Margarita Mix? Use 1 oz of lime juice + 1 oz simple syrup.
Garnish
- Lime wheels
- Salt rim, if desired
Why It Works:
Tequila’s agave notes pair beautifully with the citrusy punch of lime and orange. Add a splash of Prosecco and you’ve got a light, effervescent cocktail that’s as refreshing as it is satisfying.
I love using Point City’s Margarita Mix for this. It’s hard to find a good pre-made one and they knock it out of the park. Plus, they’re family! Grab some and support a Black-owned business.
