Had a blast at La Scuola di Eataly Dallas🍝🍷 B + I had a very fun date night learning the art of making fresh pasta in a Hands-On Cooking Class! 🍅👨‍🍳 We made our own dough, rolled and cut our fettuccine pasta with the help of their amazing Scuola Chef. 😋🍽️ He even said my dough was “perfect” which I took very seriously! And guess what? We got to devour our delicious creation! Chef cooked our pasta in front of us, shared some tips and tricks (who knew the sauce was so simple?) and even sent us home with some extra.
