Instead of getting a glass of wine, we got a bottle and caught up for a couple of hours. Time flies when you’re having fun! Now, one thing about me when it comes to a bottle to enjoy on a lovely day: I’m always going to suggest we get the sparkling rosé. However, my palate was not ready for what was coming! I was delighted to find a sparkler on their menu that was 100% Malbec and that was a first for me. In the spirit of YOLO, we said yes and we’re so glad we did. It was so light and refreshing with strong floral notes. I did a little more digging and learned that sparkling rosé made with 100% Malbec grapes is a relatively rare and niche product. Lucky us!
