Come with me to brunch at thefinchrestaurant in Dallas! The thebubbleista and I checked it out not too long ago and it’s about darn time we get back to try more of the menu! It has an elegant yet approachable vibe with delicious bites and yummy cocktails. What we ate: ▪️Blue Crab Dip with smoked trout caviar, pickles and crispy potato waffles ▪️Freshly shucked oysters ▪️Wagyu Pastrami Eggs Benedict with potato waffles (seeing a theme here?), green tomato chow chow, piquillo pepper and gruyere hollandaise ▪️Brûléed banana French Toast with whipped ricotta, Texas pecan caramel sauce and powdered sugar + cocktails: ▪️Blackberry lavender lemonade ▪️Rosé sangria You can enjoy lunch, happy hour and dinner there, too. I’m looking forward to trying even more menu items from the happy hour menu (annnnnd the patio is pretty awesome for spring) as well as one of their themed nights.
