Y’all, elcarloselegante…let me tell you: Make a reservation ASAP. It’s so good! I can’t stop talking about it: the food, the flavors, the service. Just ask thebubbleista and anyone at the wine event last week. I was telling everyone, but she was my date and can co sign on this! 🤣 El Carlos is unlike any other eatery I’ve encountered with its modern take on some classic dishes. The culinary team at durohospitality isn’t afraid to explore with different spices and cooking methods — and it makes for a truly delightful dining experience. Shoutout to T for being a wonderful host (and for laughing at my jokes).
