This was the best year of my life. I found my footing. It took a while. I never thought I was going to find it. But I did. All of the work I was putting in, professionally and personally paid off. I helped others along the way. I laughed. Hard. And often. I found true love, too. And got to share its magic with so many people that are dear to me. I’m so proud of myself. Even with the challenges that having an autoimmune disorder brought me, they seem small in comparison to what a bountiful year 2022 was. As the sun sets on the last day of the year, I don’t have a word for 2023. I’m not seeking a new me. Or new goals. It’s this version of me that I want to nourish. My goals have always been layered, leading to a higher place - I’ve just been taking bite sized steps. 
But I’m confident enough to make leaps, no matter what life throws at me. I will handle them with grace, as best as I can. And when I can’t, I know my husband and my loved ones got me. Thank you for being h...
