POV: when you turn your carveable pumpkins into cool party ready servingware; Like I’m doing here with my guacamole. I like finding unique ways at the holidays to serve my dips. Here I’m using a carveable pumpkin. I’ve even included my guacamole recipe if you’re interested but you can use any dips. You’ll need Carveable pumpkin Pen Cutter Foam for inside pumpkin 4 large avocados Limes or lime juice Sea salt Diced red onions (1 small one or half a large one) Diced red tomatoes Diced cilantro Fall leaf shaped chips Trace the bowl you’re gonna use, Then carefully cut that piece out. Add foam if you need a base inside so your bowl doesn’t slip down. Set aside Make guacamole according to reel directions and to taste preferences. You can even add some hot sauce or red pepper spices Add chips around base of pumpkin. Add guacamole or any other dip in the bowl. Cover and refrigerate till ready to serve.
