I just sat down after a long day of hosting and preparing for iftaarš„±š“My legs are tired, my muscles are sore, and my stomach is fullš But Iām feeling grateful that I had the opportunity to break someoneās fast tonight, and thatās all that matters.
The preparations took a lot out of me, from the chopping and frying to the marinating and cooking. I had to make sure everything was just right, and I wanted to create a warm and welcoming environment for my guests.
As we gathered around the table to break our fast, I felt a sense of joy and satisfaction. It was so rewarding to see everyone enjoy the food and each otherās company. We laughed, shared stories, and caught up on each otherās lives.
Now that the night is over, I can finally rest and reflect on the day. It was exhausting, but it was all worth it in the end. Alhamdulillah, Iām grateful for the opportunity to have hosted this iftaar.
May Allah accept our fasts and our efforts, and may we continue to come together in the spiri...
