New bagel and drink spot in East Austin! 🥯 🍵🥭🫶🏼 Bagel Brigade started in India and has officially brought its globally inspired breakfast concept to Austin. Their menu is HUGE, but the Chicken Tikka bagel and Pickle Pop were my favorites. The Pickle Pop is basically a pickle snow cone minus the ice, and as someone who grew up drinking pickle juice, it was made for me. 😂 We also tried the avocado chili oil bagel and three specialty matchas: Ichigo strawberry, Alphonso mango, and ube.
