NEW sushi + Wagyu spot near UT 🌸🍣🥩🥢 wagyusanatx Wagyu San just opened in the Hancock Center and it’s bringing together two of my favorite things: sushi + Japanese Wagyu. The concept is from the team behind hokkaisan_sushi , so if you’ve been there, you already know what to expect when it comes to the menu being BIG. They have everything from sushi, sashimi and specialty rolls to Japanese Wagyu, A5 Wagyu nigiri, Wagyu Maki, Wagyu kushiyaki and tableside hibachi grilling. We tried a little bit of everything and you HAVE to try the sukiyaki. It was one of my favorites!
