It felt like I was transported straight to Japan. Having been to Japan, I don’t say that lightly, but every piece of sushi was insanely fresh and crafted like art, and the cocktails brought everything together perfectly. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but for a night that feels this immersive and elevated, it honestly felt worth it. Our favs were the saki habu and maguro koku maki.
