Throwing a puppy party?! Check out these easy dog house party favors that I made for my daughter’s birthday party this weekend! 🐶 I always see these boxes used for puppy parties but I wanted to put my own spin on it by making them look more like dog houses. I started by cutting out the arch shape for the door and then cut the top flats at an angle to be in a triangular shape so that the roof would fold over cleanly. Then, I used black card stock for the roofs and cut slits on each side so that I could thread tulle through to hold everything in place. I also added a custom thank you tag that I designed to match her invitations (will share those soon too). Once I figured out sizing, I made a stencil so that every dog house would be symmetrical. This also made the process so much faster. 🙌🏻 They turned out SO cute and I’m excited to set these up on the tables for the kids to take home!
