"It was definitely tough at that time, I was a young kid that wanted to go pro," Vetrano said. "Unfortunately, COVID happened and I wasn't able to play that year, so who knows what could have happened. That wasn't very fun, but going to Boston College, I really grew as a player and a person there. What Coach (Mike) Gambino and his staff taught me and did for me, I'm thankful for getting that opportunity to play at B.C. for three years and that really helped me be in this position today."
