South Burlington Women in Business held a free resource expo to help local women-owned businesses connect and learn about free resources available to them. According to SCORE Vermont Assistant District Director and Mentor Louise Coles, "It was a lot of fun networking with women entrepreneurs as well as the other community support resources at the event. Some of the discussions today were around the new South Burlington Downtown Center and how to make it easier for women-owned businesses to occupy all the new retail space on the first floor. While we can't help with all the challenges, we can help with how to leverage and make the most of these businesses."
