Grateful for the opportunity to serve the clevelandbrowns, brownsgiveback, Browns Youth Football, and the Ohio youth football coaches. Most of you know like many young football players I dreamt of playing in the NFL but God saw differently. The documentary featuring Michael Jordan was titled ‘The Last Dance,’ but these coaches are focused on serving youth athletes initial experience in football or during their ‘First Dance’ which was the title of my message. I provided the coaches with three challenges, which were as follows: 1. Understand your Purpose (the ‘why’) 2. Understand your Practices (the ‘how’) 3. Understand your Project (the ‘what’) MY CHALLENGE: All coaches, mentors, and leaders consider your purpose, practices, and project before engaging in your respective activities.
