After a blockbuster few days in our Nation’s Capital last week, I’ve returned home with a more refined perspective on our struggle to codify voting rights & halt New Jim Crow laws. We must: 🗳Protect voters 🗳Establish automatic & same-day registration 🗳Make voting accessible I spent my time speaking with members of the House and Senate & key figures on national television. Across the board, I advocated for the #ForThePeopleAct—the gold standard for addressing voter suppression, encouraging engagement & making the ballot box accessible.
