I can’t get enough of this blueberry pecan loaf with icing! It’s perfectly moist and hearty, and full of fresh plump blueberries and crunchy pecans. I created this recipe using my new go-to-kitchen assistant, my blackanddecker_us kitchen wand. There are so many great kitchen tools, but this one is such a nice one stop shop - a cordless kitchen multi-tool with an immersion blender, chopper, and so much more - which means less dirty dishes in my dishwasher! The food chopper quickly chops up nuts to fold into the batter, and I love that I don’t have to plug anything in as it has a rechargeable battery. What else would you add to this recipe!? Let me know, below!
