During a recent national facial plastic surgery meeting, several surgeons told me they routinely put their patients in diapers rather than allowing bathroom breaks during surgery.
For me, patient comfort and dignity should never be an afterthought.
During my CURRENT Lift procedures under local anesthesia, I offer patients the opportunity to get up, stretch, walk around, and use the bathroom at appropriate points when all incisions are safely closed.
Now I want to hear from you! Would you prefer bathroom breaks during your facelift, or would you be comfortable wearing a diaper throughout the procedure?
Let me know in the comments, and join me for another beach walk!
