Rhinoplasty reveal! Immediate before and after photos in the operating room today. Even with expected swelling, the change in her tip is already apparent. She was bothered by her nasal tip that seemed "flat" and to "stick out too far." This corresponded to underlying structural abnormalities with the nasal cartilage - her tip cartilages had formed with very little curvature, which caused her tip to be flat and the nasal sidewalls to collapse in. I used cartilage from her nasal septum to carefully sculpt multiple grafts, which allowed me to rebuild her tip and give her appropriate support and rotation - as well as make it a little smaller. So excited for her results! #nosebynovis #rhinoplasty #facialplasticsurgery #plasticsurgery #cosmeticsurgery #plasticsurgeon #facialplasticsurgeon #beforeandafter #facialrejuvenation #facialaesthetics #aethestic #transformation #antiaging #northmyrtlebeach #myrtlebeach #rhinoplastymyrtlebeach #currentfacialplasticsurgery
