Liquid Rhinoplasty - 1 month results. Liquid rhinoplasty is using filler to correct cosmetic nasal issues, instead of surgery. This technique has limits, as issues like a large nose or wide nasal base can only be corrected surgically. But for small issues or contour irregularities, there is a role for filler in the nasal skin. This lovely patient had a prior rhinoplasty by a different surgeon many years ago and was unhappy with her profile and some contour irregularities on the sides of her nose. With one syringe of filler, I was able to address all of her concerns and save her from having to undergo a revision surgery. Be aware that the nose is the highest risk area for injecting filler due to unpredictable vasculature, especially in a previously operated field.
