We are so excited to introduce Jacob Lange of Area 4 in Perrin, Texas as the 2023 Texas Agricultural Teacher of the Year!🏆 This year we brought back the Texas Agriculture Teacher of the Year Award for the Texas State FFA Convention. We called on all FFA members to nominate their ag teachers! We had over 1,000 entries for so many amazing ag teachers across the state. Choosing one teacher was no easy feat. Out of the 1000+ entries this teacher got over 100 extremely thought out ESSAYS about their commitment to their students. Here are some entries from his students and examples of his passion for agriculture: Mr. Lange goes way beyond the “normal” ag teachers. He works around our schedule to make practices and things work for the best of the team and so that we can participate in all of our events outside of FFA as well.
