ATHLETES - This week at practice, reach out to a teammate. Ask if they're OK. Chances are, one of you might be stressed. As teammates and friends, we can lift each other up and help each other overcome our challenges.
COACHES - Check in with your athletes. Mental health and training are just as important as the physical work.
