Why you’re not losing weight?! - This is probably the most common question in the fitness world. It seems to be most people’s main goal - weight loss or fat loss and it’s also the hardest thing to accomplish because there is TOO MUCH INFORMATION out there. It’s actually really very simple. - I always teach my clients how to track macros so they can eventually get a good visual for what they are eating. I teach them how to maintain it so it’s not a yo-yo effect. It’s just about learning your body and focusing on it more each day. - When it comes to workouts, a lot of people are just not pushing themselves hard enough. I see it all the time.
