So recently I upgraded my @garminfitness to the Forerunner 745 and I’m LOVING all the extra features. One of them is the display face where I can easily find my training status. I like to use the suggested workout guide which recognizes body statistics to recommend the type of workout I should do: like speed, easy base mileage, or rest. Today it told me to rest and that made sense cuz I woke up EXTRA tired 😓. I opted for a very short and relaxed effort run and luckily my fitness is being ā€œmaintainedā€. Tbh, it’s really all I’m going for now because I’m not in true training mode for any race. I’m trying to keep up my base just so I don’t go backwards. Plus I just love running for so many other reasons so I want to make sure I’m taking care of myself so I can do this forever. Does anyone else have this model?
