Having trouble hitting your macros? WEEEEELL.... here’s my biggest tip for macro tracking success👇🏼 Prelog your food ‼️‼️ Are you thinking.. “Emily that seems to simple to make this easier for me!!” So, hear me out 🤓 The night before or morning of, you want to enter in the meals, snacks and drinks you know you’ll be eating the next day in MyFitnessPal. Doing this shows you where you need to make adjustments to hit your macros weeeeell ahead of time INSTEAD OF 👉🏼 winging it as you go through the day having no idea what you’ll eat next, and then all of a sudden it’s 9 pm and you’re 50 grams under protein and 30 grams over fat 🤷🏼‍♀️ You don’t have to track macros to reach your goals, but it’s an efficient way to do so and for me and my Dairy Girl Fitness clients, it gives us the flexibility we want in our eating 🍔🍓🌽🧁 Any questions on macros?
