The goal was a dimensional look with brown and warm blonde tones. I used a high lift color for the base and then applied the #joicoblondelife lightening powder with 20 volume coconut oil developer. I allowed the lightening powder with 20 volume developer to process for 20 mins no heat. I didn’t want a very high lift for this look. I decided to try blonde life quick tone liquid toner and it didn’t disappoint!
