THIS is why you can’t stay motivated.

I hear it from my coaching clients all the time that they find it hard to stay motivated.
Full transparency here: ~30% upwards of even 60% of the time (depending on current stress level & life circumstances) I'm not "motivated" to workout or meal prep either...
That said, I workout 7 days a week (1-2 of those is more active recovery) and cook/prep 90% of my food regardless. But how ?
Side note - this is NOT a comparison nor is it meant to shame anyone who struggles with motivation & following through with the daily actions/habits required to ensure their success with their health & fitness goals.
...because small habit & mindset shifts ARE what it takes to be successful...but more on that later.
When clients (and anyone else people in general) ask me how I “do it” - how I “stay motivated”, I help them understand that “it” runs MUCH, much deeper.
