Today, the troubled sites where Moonbeam pledged transformations are plagued by collapsed roofs, shattered windows, barren lots — desolate eyesores that have contributed to crime and blight.
In five of the retail centers, including those in West Mifflin, Ohio, Georgia, New York and New Jersey, Moonbeam has followed a well-worn script.
"Moonbeam needs to go," Dave Marshall, former president of the West Mifflin Area School Board, said. "We’ve seen enough.”
