Our intern of the week is Shaan Patel! ✨ Shaan completed his internship at Universal loewshotels, where he rotated between various departments and properties in Orlando. Shaan’s favorite internship activity was prepping food in the culinary department, then working at the burger grill, wok, and pizza stations in the Urban Pantry at the Aventura Hotel. Shaan’s favorite thing about Rosen College is the abundance of opportunities offered to students to work with big companies and successful professionals in the hospitality industry!
