We often try to start our days in the field visiting our wells so we can meet with all ages of women & girls as they congregate to conveniently collect water for the first half of the day.
It’s incredible to hear the accounts of how many of their lives have completely transformed since the construction of the new well in their community. It’s a consistent message — they have more time, more energy, and better health to focus on their families and the things that matter the most to them.
What’s even more exciting is the palpable feeling of togetherness and bonding that emanates from these morning meetings.
