The ribbon has officially been cut to the Fred VanVleet Sports Performance Center at Charles Koch Arena. In February of 2023, Wichita State announced significant donations from Fred VanVleet, Steve and Regine Feilmeier and Ricky and Jeanie Brotherton to the Charles Koch Arena sports performance center renovation. After the announcement of the project, more donors stepped forward including Piper and David Ayala, Josh Jackson and Rick and Barb Hemphill.   We would like to recognize all of these donors to the project and thank them for their support of Wichita State Athletics. We would especially like to recognize Shocker All-American and NBA Champion Fred VanVleet for his generous and transformative lead gift.
