Jaquesha, a client advisor with our LifeWorks! program, is now fully trained to facilitate our two workshops: Employment Readiness and Working Smart. She joined the team in May and received her certification last week. Way to go, Jaquesha! ICYDK: Working Smart is an accredited soft skills curriculum recognized in the state of NC and some parts of SC. This workshop prepares the participants with job retention skills with a focus on communication, problem solving and conflict resolution.
