Deep sea mining is threatening the livelihoods, traditions and cultural heritage of people from the Pacific, from Hawaii to the Solomon Islands, through to the Cook Islands. For Indigenous communities from the Pacific, it is crucial to care about the deep ocean as the source of creation.
