Yesterday afternoon, Urban Land Institute held an event at Humanities Foundation's Archer School Apartments project, currently under construction by our team. Archer School Apartments, which will include 89 thoughtfully designed units for seniors who fall at or below 60% of the median income, is set to become a community resource for long-time residents of Downtown Charleston's East Side Neighborhood. #tridentconstruction #affordablehousing #seniorliving #downtowncharleston
