There is a new trail at Silver Falls, and it comes with a new parking lot, play areas and waterfall viewpoint. The project, which cost nearly $2 million to complete, will soon be part of a much bigger complex of new amenities on the north side of Silver Falls. All of the activity on the north side of the park is meant to help disperse the growing crowds, most of whom flock to the bigger South Falls Day-use Area. “The north end of the park has always needed more development, more ways for people to access the park,” Gilliand said. “We’re just becoming more and more popular every day.” Click the link in our bio to read more.
