Well executed movement skills strung together in sequence are the marker of a controlled, fluid athlete. ⁠ ⁠ The ability to react is a neurophysical skill that can be trained and allows athletes to maximize deceptiveness for offensive moves, react quickly in defensive situations and shift gears quickly and efficiently.⁠ ⁠ At TWIST we integrate decision-making and reaction skills into drill situations through a variety of coaching methods.
