What a perfect day to de-stress on the Hilltop! ⁣ ⁣ The well-being of all Anselmians was the focus of Fresh Check Day. This uplifting fair on the College Green promoted mental health awareness featuring interactive booths, student performances, prizes and togetherness. Hundreds of students participated in many activities that ran the gamut from painting rocks with positive messages to learning about the effects of alcohol. ⁣ ⁣ “We hope people left with a sense of security, a clear state of mind, feeling better and more connected with themselves and their community,” said Lauren Reilly ’25, president of Active Minds.
