Hernán Luis y Prado, a 15-year Navy combat veteran, was faced with a challenge: more of his fellow service members were dying from suicide than bombs and bullets in conflict zones. Realizing the challenges of transitioning back to civilian life, and our nation's lack of an advanced manufacturing workforce training pipeline, Luis y Prado created Workshops for Warriors, (
