Dinner al fresco, anyone? 🍽️ New York’s City Council passed an outdoor-dining bill today that makes sidewalk and street seating permanent under a new licensing system. Part of the bill requires structures to be removed for the winter & reassembled in the spring, but that still leaves plenty of months for restaurants to expand their dining rooms.
