CatalyzeUML kicked off its second year this week, welcoming incoming #chemistry students on campus for three days. They get to participate in chemistry labs, live on campus, meet with faculty and current/former students, and develop connections before the academic year begins. This week's lab consisted of creating nanoparticles, which is a research interest of CatalyzeUML Director and Chemistry Asst.
