Huge thank you to @mayortoddgloria for meeting with one of our very own Girl Scouts, Cadette Kayla T. from Troop 6116! He ordered some cookies for his office and asked about her 2023 cookie goals, her future aspirations, and how 7th grade is going. ⭐️ Part of his order included a donation to Operation Thin Mint (OTM)! 🇺🇸🍪 Did you know… 💚 OTM is a service project started right here in San Diego, Calif. in 2002 💚 Since its inception, Girl Scouts have sent 3.8+ million cookie packages to military troops and veterans 💚 The program supports military service members with cookies & “notes from home to show we care” This year, with support from the community, we’re on track to hit 4 million packages for OTM! 🥳 sdgirlscouts.org/OTM
