My current split started today and will be quads + upper pull and hammies/glutes + upper push.
I showed most of my quad exercises from today, but not the upper pull since this program is specific to me and my goals!✨ I supersetted all of these quad-focused exercises with an upper pull exercise.
We finished out the night with a gorgeous sunset and a grilled chicken dinner! All in all a beautiful Sunday and start to the week. 😊
