The Berkeley Royals have been crowned the 2023 Women’s PBA Champions! 👑 With the prize money from Blast Equality Collab, The WPBA, and Schuler Compass Real Estate, our winners, The Berkeley Royals received a $3000 cash prize and the second place team, the Oakland Swish, took home $2000!! Congratulations to the Tournament of Champions “MVP” Mariah Cooks who had a tremendous season! In the three championship games, she averaged 28.3 points and 11.6 rebounds; helping secure the win for her team! Jasmin Guinn was awarded the Tournament of Champions “Player of the Game”! She finished with an astonishing 18 points, 9 rebounds, 4 steals and 2 blocks! She has been a wonderful asset to her teams success! Finally our Tournament of Champions “Coach of the Year” was presented to Coach Dorvez Barnett! Once again, a big congratulations to the Royals for a fantastic season, and kudos to all the other teams for their impressive performance this year!
