My responsibilities during that time included testing and inspecting the machines, as well as working on the assembly line where I was needed. I briefly left JLG in 2009 and returned in 2011 as Safety Coordinator and was promoted to Safety Manager in 2012. I spent the next 10+ years in plant safety management until taking on a product training role. As a trainer, I enjoy interacting with our trainees and getting satisfaction knowing they will be taking the top-of-the-line training we provide back to their companies or organizations to ensure a safe working environment.
