C1C Franklin “Frankie” Valentin, from East Hartford, Connecticut, is a member of our Men’s Gymnastics team.     He came to the Academy to pursue collegiate gymnastics while getting a solid education. “My favorite part about the Academy is being on the team and pushing myself to be better every day.”     Valentin hopes to serve as a civil engineer in the Air Force. He really enjoyed visiting Nellis Air Force Base during Ops Air Force to learn more about civil engineering in the military.     Biggest advice for success at USAFA? Find a good hobby to help with stressors. #FirstieFriday #YourAcademy @af_mgym @af_falcons @nellisafb @usairforce
