We are so excited to announce that we have partnered with Aundre, a Jamaican-born photographer based in Brooklyn, NY to teach this workshop! Aundre seeks to uncover the fundamental similarities between people of all kinds — through portraiture📸 There is no secret to taking better photos of Black and brown folks. Yet we often stare at underexposed, underlit, or over-exposed messes. Why is that? In this class, we will get hands-on to discuss how camera metering doesn’t always yield what we expect and how we can take better images, give feedback about equity in photography, and teach others to do so as well.
