Remember, the shoulder (glenohumeral joint) is the most mobile joint in the body; and in order to stay protected from shoulder injuries, especially in sports like wrestling🤼♂️ and mma🥊, we must strengthen all full ranges of motions❗️
Now, what I’m not saying to max bench press through a full range of motion as that will damage your shoulders overtime ⚠️

✅test your end ranges of motions strength as you see I do in this video (of course after properly warming up and not pushing through sharp pain).
