St. Pete Bakery (stpetebakery) just opened its doors to the public at 600 1st Avenue North across from Mirror Lake, showcasing great drinks and a menu made up almost entirely of vegan and gluten-free items. Open Wednesday- Monday every week, St. Pete Bakery has a wide range of Turkish coffee and tea brewed in-house, alongside regional staples such as stuffed vine leaves, falafel, kibbeh and much more.
